Hello ladies, I had the luck of coming across an AMAZING YouTube video of Sandy Williamson giving advice on what she wants to see on stage regarding Bikini competitors.

Sandy Williamson, who is the Women's head Judge and judges both IFBB Pros and NPC competitors was gracious enough to take the time for a small interview regarding what she is looking for on the Bikini stage. The video can be found at this link www.youtube.com/watch?v=scTnzy1sCUs.

The interview highlights aspects of the Bikini competitors such as fitness level, presentation, suit selections, and suit fit.

My sgugestion would be to watch this video more than oncec and really understand what Sandy is saying. Remember what they say, "when Sandy talks, you lsiten" and that is EXACTLY what I am doing.
