Arnold Schwarzenegger was the king among kings back when I was growing up a kid who was as skinny as a rail. I dreamed of having a body like Arnold and was willing to

put myself through the pain so I could get that body.

Since I was sooo skinny growing up, it naturally made me self conscious of my body.
